Drop-in Policy

Welcome! Thanks for choosing  CrossFit FBO! We appreciate you visiting.

Drop-In Policy*:

1.  Send us an email lumpy6488@gmail.com or call 814-823-5170 to let us know you’ll be visiting.

Click here for schedule of class times.

2. Click HERE to sign-up/enroll/sign-in to our affiliate workstation. This will be part of your waiver.

3. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to sign a waiver, get oriented to our facility and meet the coaching staff.                                                                                                           -We start all of our sessions on time.

4. Please let the coaching staff know of any limitations or restrictions you may have with your training, so we can plan accordingly. Your safety is paramount.

5. Introduce yourself to our members, we love having visitors. Welcome to our community.

If you are unable attend and need to cancel please contact us at your earliest convenience.

Drop-in fee is the ($20.00). We accept cash only.

If you’re going to be training for a week or longer or prefer specialized coaching, we’d be glad to pro-rate a training fee.

* This drop-in policy applies to experienced athletes familiar with CrossFit (at least 3 months) and the movements involved (able to scale workouts and train safely within your capabilities). You can always expect to receive coaching.

-If you have no prior experience with CrossFit, refer to our “Free Intro Class” section on our website.

  1. Hey,

    I may be traveling to the Erie area Mon-Fri of this week and I am looking for a place to drop in and workout. I have been doing Crossfit for 11 months now out of Crossfit HUD in Indianapolis and am fairly comfortable knowing how to scale to my fitness level. Is there a punch card or something available that I can purchase? There’s potential that I may be frequenting the area more than once, so I would like to establish a crossfit affiliate that I can workout at when I am in the area.
