One word: D.O.M.S.
For those who dove into 14.3, your backs are going to be very, very mad at you. No matter how strong, supple or efficient you may be, that workout put a hurting on your back. I’m imagining that 24hrs later, your back will be a little knotted up. So the MWOD for today will be about loosening up the lower back. Here is just a small piece of what we will go over during the MWOD after the Team WOD today:
