Teams of 2 or 3

Amrap #1

Team 1″Timer”  50 Burpees

30 sec switch

Team 2 Amrap of OHS 45/35

1 min rest

Amrap #2

Team 1″Timer” 150 DU/ 300 Jump ropes

30 sec switch

Team 2 Amrap of KB swings 44/1.5

1 min rest

Amrap #3

Team 1″Timer” Run 800m

30 sec switch

Team 2 Amrap of Wall balls

 

** Team 1 will be the timer. As Team 1 is doing there movement team 2 will be trying to get as many reps as possible by time team 1 is done.

After team 1 has completed all of thier reps  the teams will have 30 secs to  switch Movements. Team 1 will do the AMRAP and team 2 will be the timer. After both teams have Completed  Amrap #1 They will take 1 min rest, Then start Amrap #2 following the same rules. continuing till Amrap #3 is complete. your team score will total # of reps completed of the Amraps
